Why we're playing
A tournament with a purpose
Aces Against Cancer is a doubles tennis tournament built by three local players who wanted their love of the game to give something back. Every entry, every rally, and every dollar raised goes directly to Circle of Hope Santa Clarita, an organization that walks alongside families facing a cancer diagnosis.
Whether you're a seasoned competitor or you just picked up a racket last summer, this day is about community first — good tennis, good company, and a good cause.
The Event
Here's how match day works
Show up ready to play — we'll handle the brackets, the coaches, and the snacks. Here's everything you need to know before you step on the court.
Doubles bracket
Teams of two compete in a doubles bracket throughout the day. Register with your partner ahead of time so we can build the draw.
Coaches on site
Local tennis coaches will be at the courts all day — a great chance to get tips, ask questions, and meet the people behind the program.
Racket & water
Bring your own racket and a water bottle. It's early September in Santa Clarita, so plan for sun.
Snacks for everyone
We've got snacks covered for all players between matches — just show up ready to play.

Meet the founders
Aces Against Cancer started as an idea between three friends who play tennis together and wanted to turn that into something bigger for their community.
Juan L.
Juan has been playing tennis with the team for 2 years and helped bring Aces Against Cancer to life, handling the on-court details that make tournament day run smoothly. He's passionate about using tennis to bring people together for a cause bigger than the game.
Supraj M.
Supraj has been part of the team for 3 years and co-founded the tournament to combine his love of tennis with giving back to Santa Clarita. He's focused on making sure every player who signs up has a great day on the court.

Rahm has been on the team for 2 years and helped organize Aces Against Cancer from the ground up, working to connect the tournament with Circle of Hope Santa Clarita and make sure every dollar raised goes where it counts.
